These are commercial lane figures, not passenger lanes. A crossing showing a short wait can still be slow for a specific load if secondary inspection is busy, and the feed carries no visibility into that.

We publish CBSA's capture time rather than our own so you can judge staleness yourself. If a crossing has not reported recently, that shows in the timestamp.
